5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 14 days of receipt. Customised or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Workshops and Events
Workshop bookings require prepayment to secure a place. Refunds for cancellations are available only if notice is given a set number of days before the event.
