Commission My Work

How to Commission a Custom Artwork by Alexandra Ghimisi

Thank you for considering a custom artwork by Alexandra Ghimisi. Whether you’re looking for a striking centrepiece, a meaningful gift, or a bespoke addition to your collection, I’m here to bring your vision to life. With my passion for abstract art and textured techniques, each piece is thoughtfully created to reflect your preferences and my artistic style. Commissioning a custom artwork is a collaborative process, and I’ll guide you through every step to ensure the final piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

Follow the steps below to start your journey toward owning a personalised piece of art that will inspire and captivate for years to come.

1. Contact Me

Use the form on my contact page or email me directly at alexandra.ghimisi.art@gmail.com. Please include the following details:

  • Size of the artwork (e.g., small, medium, or large).
  • Preferred colours or themes.
  • Style preferences (e.g., abstract, textured, specific techniques).
  • Any reference images or inspiration.

2. Consultation

Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll contact you to discuss your ideas in detail. Together, we’ll refine your vision to ensure it aligns with my artistic style.

3. Quote and Agreement

After finalising the details, I’ll provide you with a quote for the piece. If you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send a contract outlining the agreed terms, including timelines, pricing, and payment schedule.

4. Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission. This enables me to source materials and dedicate time to creating your artwork.

5. Progress Update

I’ll share updates at key stages of the process so you can provide feedback and ensure the artwork develops according to your vision.

6. Final Payment & Delivery

Once the piece is complete, I’ll send you a photo of the finished work for approval. After receiving the remaining payment, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you (or prepared for collection if you’re local).
